Senior Director, EMS

Location: Bangalore, India
Dept/Division: Software Engineering

Responsible for managing the EMS/NMS projects and the team right from gathering requirements working with marketing and customers, helping prioritize the feature set, putting together a plan for delivering the features. Guiding the team in architectural aspects of the product/features and coming up with the right implementation, making the right choice in terms of technology and frameworks based on the customer needs.

Required Skills/Experience

Candidate must having 12+ years of overall experience. Experience in Network Management System like EMS, NMS, SNMP & Other Network Management protocol. Experience in Communication/Networking industry a must with exposure to multiple EMS/NMS systems. The candidate must have prior management experience managing EMS/NMS teams.

• Strong Domain Knowledge: EMS, NMS, OSS etc

Strong knowledge of networking protocols like SNMP

Good product design and development experience

Good on Java/J2EE and OOAD

Good in verbal and written communication

Good on presentation

Experience on Advent Net Web NMS a plus
