
Training Manager

Job Description
Design and develop course curriculum and training materials for
Aperto PacketWave family of products using MS Office. Train partners
and customers on Planning, Installation, Commissioning, Integration,
Operations, and Troubleshooting PacketWave products at Head Quarters
and Customer Premises. Work closely with the global sales team to
assess customers' needs to deliver appropriate and effective training
programs. Keep up to date with Aperto PacketWave product developments
and help maintain and develop training materials. Provide Transfer
of Knowledge to Customer Support Organization on new product feature
sets. Remain current with all technical, operational and administrative
capabilities of the product set including integrating Aperto Network
Management Systems with other 3rd party vendors running on both
Windows and Unix platforms, Wireless, Routers, switches, VoIP and
TDMoIP, V5.2 and GR.303 voice signaling, VLAN NAT, DHCP and FTP
type services. Assist with technical demonstrations/presentations
in the office, at customer premises or at trade shows. Provide customer
support including installation and onsite support when needed.
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science
or related field.
Experience
5 years of experience as a Senior Course Curriculum Developer and
Trainer or Technical Trainer or Technical Sales Engineer
Skills
Wireless, Network Management System's, Switches, Routers, VoIP,
TDMoIP, IP over ATM, VLAN, NAT, DHCP, FTP type services, V5.2 and
GR.303 voice signaling. Windows, Unix operating systems, MS Office.

F/T, 40 hours per week.
