Job Description
Work with respective sales managers to provide pre-sales system engineering support for Latin America and Spain customers. Responsible for properly positioning technical solutions with the company's Latin America and Spain customers, including attending to all their needs for technical information and preparing technical proposals and responses to request for proposals. Develop presentations for our Latin America and Spain customers which will specifically address their technological needs. Develop system acceptance test plans and perform system demonstration. Follow and influence regulatory activities in the Latin America and Spain region. Conduct RF coverage, RF interference and capacity analyses using RF propagation tools, selection of potential base station locations, make recommendations on network design, prepare necessary documentation and follow up studies as needed. Hands on experience (site surveys, site preparation, installation, commissioning, optimization) in broadband wireless technologies (LOS and NLOS).

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering or related field.

Experience
3 years of experience in the position or as a Systems Engineering Manager.

Other Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish. Frequent travel to Latin America and Spain.

Hours
F/T, 40 hours per week.
