Job Description
Develop wireless MAC protocols and Network protocols for company's wireless broadband network products. Participate in all phases of software development cycles. Collaborate with systems hardware, ASIC development groups to define product specifications. Help develop tools infrastructure and methodology for the software engineering group. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of MAC protocols and network protocol development, wireless and radio link protocols, C and C++ programming languages, VxWorks, RTOS, embedded system development, Tornado, Unix, IP Forwarding and Network Management protocols.

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Experience
3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Network Engineer.

Skills
MAC protocol and network protocol development, wireless and radio link protocols, C and C++ programming languages, VxWorks, RTOS, embedded system development, Tornado, Unix, IP Forwarding and Network Management protocols. Experience with Access Switches and familiarity with CVS for Software Version Control.
