Job Description
Develop RTOS kernel software and device drivers for Aperto Networks broadband network products. Participate in all phases of product development cycle. Collaborate with systems hardware and ASIC development groups to define product specifications.

Required Skills/Experience
5-7 years direct experience in firmware development or device driver development for networking products. Must have direct experiences with 'C', 'C++', and assembly programming languages. Experience with real time operating system, or embedded system development required. Team player--strong written and oral communications skills. Must be highly motivated to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. BSCS or equivalent required. Understanding of switching, LAN, and management protocols an added benefit. MCSC desired
