Regional Sales Director, Greater China

Job Description
Responsible for developing sales of our line of point-to-multipoint fixed broadband wireless access products to service providers throughout the Greater China region. Will focus on existing and emerging regional carriers, broadband wireless service providers, large enterprise customers, and sub-11 GHz frequency holders. Should be able to initiate systems sales activities to Greater China carriers with limited resources.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years systems sales experience of telecom and/or networking equipment in the Greater China Region, selling to carriers and/or major systems integrators, preferably with additional experience in selling broadband wireless systems. Must have experience in negotiating and closing multi-million dollar contracts to carriers. Must be a great listener and have excellent communications and presentation skills. Proven ability in formulating sales strategies, starting sales, building relationships at all levels of an organization, as well as hiring and leading a sales team is a strong plus. A technical and/or business degree is also a plus. The candidate needs to be fluent in Mandarin. Cantonese is a strong plus.
