Job Description
Engineer responsible RMA process. Initially handle RMA process in-house. Receive, repair and/or supervise repair, and prepare units for return to customer. Maintain inventory of replacement parts and equipment for immediate shipment to customers. Maintain RMA transactions in Oracle ERP system and report on RMA statuses. Collect failure/reliability data, analyze root cause of failures, and prepare reports. Capture and report cost of repairs. As volume increases, select and manage outsourced RMA operation.

Required Skills/Experience
Must have experience as engineer or technician involved in RMA/repair process, experience supervising or managing production or repair process, good oral and written communication skills. Experience with RF products and Oracle preferred.
