
Corporate Controller

Job Description
The Company is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the entire
finance and accounting functions. The successful candidate will
have demonstrated experience in all general accounting functions,
including the general ledger, cost accounting, fiscal control, budgeting,
reporting, fixed assets, cash management, financial analysis, profitability
analysis, accounts payable/receivable and payroll. The position
also involves support of month, quarter and year-end closes, and
annual audit.
Required Skills/Experience
- 10 plus years of experience with private and public companies
- Mastery of core accounting areas (G/L, A/R, A/P, Cash, Equity,
Fixed Assets, Reporting)
- Revenue recognition experience
- Hands on system implementation history and experience with Oracle
ERP is required
- Working knowledge of cost concepts and accounting
- Strong time management, analytical skills, accuracy and attention
to detail are a must.
- Ability and prior experience to review complex legal and sales
contracts
- Expertise in technical accounting issues
- Must have excellent verbal, written and leadership skills
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
