Job Description
Develop wireless MAC network protocols for our wireless broadband network products. Participate in all and lead in some phases of software development cycles. Collaborate with systems hardware, ASIC development groups to define product specifications. Help architect next generation networking technology. Provide technical leadership in instituting development tools infrastructure and methodology for the software engineering group.

Required Skills/Experience
5-7 years direct experience in MAC network protocol development. Must have demonstrated expertise with protocols such as IP, IGMP, RIP, and OSPF. Must have direct experiences with ‘C’ programming languages. Working knowledge of software/hardware partitioning expected. Experience with real time operating systems or embedded system development is highly desirable. Team player, strong written and oral communications skills, highly motivated to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. BSCS required MSCS desirable. An understanding of switching, LAN, and management protocols is an added benefit.
