• Project management responsibilities for end to end WiMax systems, including HW, SW and third party development

• Works with the cross functional team to define project constraints and make deliveries from product requirement to release to Production
• Provide day to day technical guidance and supervision to HW development team, including all administrative responsibilities
• Champion key HW development and project management processes improvements, create implementation and training plans for the entire engineering
• Will manage ODM/ODC partners on a global basis
• Heavy interaction with Aperto development center in India

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in delivering timely quality products under aggressive schedules is a must
• Min BS with 10 years experience, at least 3 yrs of line and/or project management experience
• Proven track record in delivering telecom products (from concept to production); wireless related is a plus
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Very proficient with MSProject and other project management tools, PMI certification is a plus
• Design experience in one or more of the following: high speed digital, mixed signal, FPGA, RF, mechanical
• Must have experience in delivering outside plant equipment
• Previous experience in managing multi-site, distributed development teams
