RMA Administrator

Job Responsibilities
  • Process Customer returns for Aperto Networks product, be a liaison between the customer and Aperto Networks business groups
  • Obtain approvals for RMA requests and follow-up RMAs to ensure closure, disposition discrepant RMAs between customers and Aperto Networks
  • Generate orders and follow up on outstanding issues with internal departments
  • Ensure timely response to customer about return authorization status and disposition of discrepant RMAs, data entry and record keeping
  • Develop, track and report statistics related to RMA to include cycle time, trends etc.
  • Determine entitlement (in or out of warranty, under service agreement etc.)
  • Understand and recommend service plans to customers where feasible
 
Required Skills/Experience
  • High school diploma and above
  • 3+ years experience in customer interface, order processing, RMA, excel, Microsoft office, SAP experience a plus. Well organized and able to work under tight time line
  • Strong spreadsheet and database skills a plus
