| Job Description |
| Responsible for insuring the quality of Aperto products through the manufacturing process and drive continuous quality improvement programs. Will work closely with contract manufacturer partners(s) to determine the proper quality process parameters, track performance and drive both corrective and preventive action programs. The Senior Quality Engineer will develop metrics and processes to manage manufacturing/test yields, audits, ORT, and required customer test reporting. Also, will play a significant role in Aperto’s ISO 9001/TL9000 Quality certification efforts and will gather/report all OEM required quality reports. |

| Required Skills/Experience |
| Candidate will have a BS (EE, ME, IE) and at least 5-7 years of similar experience in a networking/telecommunication environment. Highly desirable to have a technical RF background. Must also have direct experience with the ISO/TL 9000 Quality certification process and a strong background in working with contract manufacturing partners. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, project management capabilities, knowledge of various quality reporting tools (MTBF analysis, Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis). |
