New Product Introduction Program Manager

Job Description
You will have product responsibilities during product development up to “General Availability” (GA). You will collaborate with Engineering regarding design, DFM, and cost avoidance. You will establish product part numbering and BOM structuring strategies via collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Manufacturing. You will map new part technologies, suppliers, and manufacturing processes from proto to GA. You will manage and implement product releases, engineering change management, and manufacturing deviations. You will plan and coordinate supply chain strategies and orders to support proto, beta, and limited availability builds.
 
Solid understanding of electrical/mechanical sub-assemblies and system design concepts and practices. Demonstrates this understanding through the analysis, review and debug of complex electrical/mechanical sub-assemblies and systems. Requires little direction from Manager. Must have excellent cross functional communications, interpersonal, and team skills. Conflict resolution. Technical problem solving skill sets.

Requires BSME/IE or equivalent. MBA is a definite plus. Must have 8-10 years of experience working within Electronic technology companies with at least 4 years in New Product Introduction.
