| Role |
| We are looking for a marketing professional to join our product and solutions marketing team. This person will assume a lead role in marketing our WiMAX products globally, designing and conducting events and demonstrations, conducting market research and competitive analysis. You will work closely with customers, sales, product management and engineering to ensure market requirements are understood, designed into the product and delivered to market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in broadband wireless technologies, OFDM preferred. Prior marketing experience a plus but not mandatory. |

- Sales support & marketing collateral
- Competitive analysis
- Market research
- Market positioning
- Product launches
- Product and solution demos
- Developing sales tools
- Trade shows and road shows

| Specific
duties will include the following: |
- Conducting strategic analysis of the market, segmenting the market, and establishing go-to-market plans for various vertical markets
- Developing and supporting the collaterals for sales support and market development
- Supporting eMarketing programs including webinars, etc.
- Develop and own a “live” competitive analysis and positioning document
- Designing, developing and owning product demonstrations, and vendor interoperability

| Requirements |
- Strong technical background in wireless technology (WiMAX, WiFi, or other)
- 5 years in telecommunications and/or data communications industry
- General Technology understanding : IP/Data Networking, BWA/GSM/CDMA infrastructure
- Background in product marketing, or engineering
- International experience strongly preferred
- BSEE/BSCS other technical academic background
- Based in Aperto HQ in Milpitas
- >40% travel anticipated
