Job Description
We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience managing trade shows & events, collateral design/production, and marketing administration. Trade show & event experience is a MUST. This position reports to the Director, Marketing Communications with a dotted line to the VP, Marketing & Alliances. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, interested in developing new skills, and able to deliver effective, high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing, coordinating, and executing communications plans that employ a variety of communications mediums (print, online, direct mail, etc.)
  • Manage trade show schedule, coordinating contracts, booth design, booth staff, and interfacing with Public Relations to maximize show impact
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop print and online sales materials, as needed
  • Provide marketing team with logistical and administrative support, as needed
  • Work with contacts at partner companies to develop and produce marketing materials (collateral, booth design, etc.)
  • Assist sales team in producing effective sales support materials and programs, including webinars, seminars, road shows, etc.
  • Provide financial tracking and reporting for department
  • Manage marketing library, department reports, and other internal communication needs
Qualifications and Skills
  • 4-year degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in remotely managing overseas trade shows and events
  • Experience in graphic design helpful
  • Multilingual skills desirable
