Job Description |
We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience managing trade shows & events, collateral design/production, and marketing administration. Trade show & event experience is a MUST. This position reports to the Director, Marketing Communications with a dotted line to the VP, Marketing & Alliances. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, interested in developing new skills, and able to deliver effective, high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. Compensation commensurate with experience. |

Key Responsibilities |
- Developing, coordinating, and executing communications plans that employ a variety of communications mediums (print, online, direct mail, etc.)
- Manage trade show schedule, coordinating contracts, booth design, booth staff, and interfacing with Public Relations to maximize show impact
- Work with Product Marketing to develop print and online sales materials, as needed
- Provide marketing team with logistical and administrative support, as needed
- Work with contacts at partner companies to develop and produce marketing materials (collateral, booth design, etc.)
- Assist sales team in producing effective sales support materials and programs, including webinars, seminars, road shows, etc.
- Provide financial tracking and reporting for department
- Manage marketing library, department reports, and other internal communication needs

Qualifications and Skills |
- 4-year degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in remotely managing overseas trade shows and events
- Experience in graphic design helpful
- Multilingual skills desirable
