Documentation Control Manager

Responsibilities
The Change Control Manager is responsible for continuing to develop, maintain, and administer the change management process using Arena PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software tool. Will work with engineering and manufacturing to define and build product BOM structures; monitor and enforce compliance with change standards and processes; manage archival and change control for all company hardware product/manufacturing documentation; educate all departments in the purpose of Change Management and the use of change control tools and procedures issue new company part numbers and maintain specification control responsibility; deliver all manufacturing data (mechanical/electrical CAD data) to external suppliers as well as maintain and support of the corporate ISO ECO/ECR process. Will also analyze ECR's and assign affectivity; chair ECO review board meetings when appropriate and help to define and manage the ECR/ECO process. The qualified individual will become an expert with the Arena PLM tool and make recommendations regarding implementation and process modifications.
 
Requirements
Position requires a BSEE or equivalent and 5+ years of project management experience. Must be familiar with all phases of the hardware development process and be a team player w/excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Telecom technical background a plus. Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage.
