| Job Description |
- Making the preliminary and final design using Tools
- CW test & Model Tuning.
- Doing RF POC for different OEM both for BTS,Radios as well as CPE.
- Analyze & Test Various RF measurement tools and to give recommendation for their
- Procurement.
- Working with the Service Providers for pilot testing on new updates.
- Doing Frequency planning.
- Generate coverage and interference statistics in terms of individual clutter categories
- and sector coverage areas.
- Analyze path profile between WiMAX sites and CPE locations. In GSM and CDMA
- Scenarios, conducting similar roles as mentioned in case of WIMAX.
- Define CPE parameters.
- Perform throughput calculations.
- Prepare traffic distribution plan.
- Generate predictions at multiple CPE heights involved in Nominal RF Planning
- Suggesting the Nominal Coordinates to RF survey team as per plan for RF Survey of the Expansion Phase while taking care of all coverage holes in the current network.
- Work Closely with Sales,SE teams and CS teams to plan the proposed network and optimize its usage and utilization as desired by customer

| Required Skills/Experience |
- Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years related experience and/or training, or, equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in detailed RF Planning for WIMAX/GSM/CDMA environment
- Clear Understanding of Tools development and their usage in the environment proposed.
- Should have worked in extensive RF Planning for OEM/Service Provider-or a large scale network
- Clear communication skills
- Must be a team player and need to have good coordination skills
- Ready to travel frequently.
