Job Description
Work closely with customers and sales department to provide technical consultancy and sales support for our line of fixed broadband wireless access products to the highest technical levels of major service providers and strategic partners worldwide. Be responsible for properly positioning our technical solution with key customers, attending to their needs for technical information, and preparing technical proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPs, preparing and reviewing network designs, writing and/or presenting technical papers, and defending our position with standard setting and product certification bodies. Interact with customers worldwide to understand and meet their technical information needs, and with engineering and marketing Departments to discuss customer needs. Develop and implement processes and programs to provide technical support, develop sales tools, deliver technical sales presentations, and expand the systems engineering organization as business grows.

Education
Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
