Job Description
Candidate will provide system level support for BWA product including link budgets, propagation modeling of cellular systems, support algorithm modeling and design. Will also define RF system architecture, participate in standards committees/industry organizations, publish white papers and analyze new technologies.

Required Skills/Experience
Candidate must have 5 years or more experience with RF system design, link analysis and propagation modeling. Must have a clear understanding of interference/multipath issues in cellular/sectorized systems, an understanding of antenna techniques and a solid understanding of radio systems and digital modulation techniques and theory. MSEE or PhD preferred.
