Sales Engineering Manager

Job Description
Will work closely with our customers and Sales organization to provide technical consultancy and sales support for our line of fixed broadband wireless access products marketed to service providers worldwide. Responsible for preparing technical proposals, responses to RFIs/RFPs, product demonstrations, trade show support, network design review, and supporting trial networks. Will interact with customers to understand and meet their technical information needs, develop and implement processes and programs to provide technical support, develop sales tools and deliver technical sales presentations.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of sales engineering experience working with WAN access systems. Requires knowledge of IP networking and carrier requirements. RF knowledge is highly desirable. Proven experience working in a fast paced start-up environment. Must be customer-oriented, willing to travel, and able to interact at all levels of a customer or partner organization. Must have strong written and verbal communications and presentation skills, proven management skills, and seasoned in dealing with service providers. BS degree in a technical field, MS or MBA preferred.
