Job Description
The successful candidate is adept at pro-actively managing all aspects of complex business affairs for extremely dynamic and busy CEO, VP Marketing and VP Sales. The ideal candidate is an extremely thorough, competent, well-organized administrative professional who has demonstrated the ability to work independently, using appropriate discretion, initiative, confidentiality and excellent judgment. While embodying a keen sense of urgency and maintaining a quality-oriented focus, will keep abreast of short-term and long-term objectives, commitments, board activities, and all other aspects in order to prioritize their time and anticipate their needs. The company is a fast paced, focused, high quality environment. The candidate‘s attitude and value system should be in line with the corporate culture – honesty, openness, sense of ownership and a strong positive attitude are key.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:
• Manage the calendar and schedule meetings to maximize the use of his time and energy. Meetings and priorities may change daily, which requires the ability to work with flexibility.
• Will interact with Customers, Partners, Investors and Directors
• Develop and maintain company planning calendar to include monthly, quarterly and annual company events; board meeting dates; and industry events.
• Coordinate all logistics and details of nationwide and international travel arrangements, transportation, accommodations, and include precise and thorough travel itineraries.
• Set up administrative procedures and help with company sponsored events

• Extremely well organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
• Resourceful. Pro-active. Able to work independently with good judgment and able to anticipate a busy executive‘s needs.
• Highly attentive to details and accuracy. Conscientious about the overall company‘s quality of work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at interfacing discreetly with senior executives and corporate board members.
• Efficient, flexible and pro-active in working with busy executives to stay on top of constantly changing priorities, appointments, telephone calls, projects and deadlines.
• Extremely computer proficient (Microsoft Office -- Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
