Should you experience any Aperto product problems please send an email to customersupport@apertonet.com.

If you are experiencing a severity one (1) issue where your deployed commercial network is down and no work around exists, call the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at the following number:

If you are a maintenance customer, an Aperto maintenance contract number for the site of the problem is required. Please be prepared to have the following information available: company name, contact name, physical equipment location, telephone number, e-mail address (if available), serial number (if available), and model number of the unit that is experiencing the problem.
